The Majestic Theater has rude and unprofessional security. They put x sharpie marks on your hand if you’re not drinking alcohol. My husband did not like that at all. They also made me leave my umbrella in the lobby before going inside. No explanation why. My umbrella has a special design so that it doesn’t get wet and was more expensive than a typical umbrella. Forgot to pick it up when we left last night trying to get through the crowds of people. Disappointed in Majestic, and unfortunately it will be my last time going there. Their parking is $20. What a ripoff and now I have to either try to get my umbrella back but no one picks up the phone (tried calling Garden Bowl and Sergeant Pepperonis) or buy a new one. Security didn’t even give us the wristbands to the area we paid to be in. They were so busy confiscating my umbrella we had to go back out to the lobby to get our wristbands to sit in our area. And they are about to get a TERRIBLE review on Google!

ya know I've been going to shows for a long time and I'm quite disappointed that I've never been to this venue (that I can remember) until last night. great staff, awesome security, great sound and overall just a wonderful time. nothing but love for this venue and I hope to return as soon as possible m/

Almost every show is oversold because AEG is a criminal enterprise. Daily Bread last night was so bad I can barely move. Can't use the bathroom, can't get a drink. I'm ready to report to the fire Marshall.

The majestic charges the broke metal kids who support their venue 6$ for a small bottle of water. Everything else could be perfect and I’d hate them for that alone. WE SHOULD BE ENCOURAGING KIDS TO HYDRATE.
