FOOD WAS DECENT — BUT THE SERVICE WAS SO BAD I’LL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. (This was the location on Grand River)
Me and my husband came here specifically for the garlic Parmesan wings. We saw them online and were excited to try them. When we got there, we noticed it was part DeLuca’s, part Subway. We stood at the DeLuca’s register for a while, completely ignored. Not a single worker came over or acknowledged us. We literally had to call the restaurant from inside the building just to get someone to respond. That should’ve been the first red flag.
Finally, a young woman takes our order: 2 garlic Parm wings, a pizza, and Alfredo bacon chicken pasta. She tells us the wait might be a little long because an oven is down — no big deal, we were willing to wait. She clearly tells her male coworker our full order. We leave for a quick grocery run (10–15 minutes), and when we return, he asks us what kind of wings we ordered. I said “Garlic Parmesan” — twice.
I go to my seat and return to the counter about 2 minutes later. Then I see him dipping the wings in some sort of sauce. I ask if those are garlic Parm, and instead of simply checking or fixing it, this man looks me dead in the face with attitude and says, “That’s buffalo.” I tell him again what I ordered, and instead of owning the mistake, he starts ARGUING with me like I was the problem. Everytime I told him I ordered garlic Parm he got more irate. Mind you, I know what I ordered. His coworker told him. I told him. TWICE before. And now he's got the nerve to catch an attitude?
I stayed calm, but I was heated. I came in peace after a beautiful church service, but this man was seriously trying to test me. It wasn’t until my husband walked up that he suddenly switched up, saying, “I’m not remaking them because that’s what she ordered.” My husband told him to refund us, and THEN — and only then — he changed his tune: “I can remake them if you’re willing to wait.”
Oh, now you can remake them?
He remade the wings and threw in two drinks, but I was already done. No real apology. No accountability. Just more attitude and half-baked excuses like, “I must’ve misheard.” No, you didn’t mishear — you just didn’t care to get it right and treated me like I was the problem.
Let me be clear: the food was okay (a little salty but fine). But I refuse to give my money to a place that allows staff like that to speak to customers however they want, argue instead of fix mistakes, and treat people like they’re a burden for expecting basic respect.
This man was rude, incompetent, and completely unprofessional. He killed the entire experience. I don’t care how good the wings might be — we’ll never be back. Period.

The pizza is so so good and so is the chicken alfredo. Portion size was great for a personal size pizza and even larger for the Alfredo. But when I tell you it's even better the next day OMG. So delicious. Love this place.
THERE IS NEVER A PERSON TO TAKE MY ORDER. The one time I had a pizza from here I loved it. Now every time I go there is no one working to take my order. I EVEN CALLED THE number and the subway folks just picked up the phone and hung it up. YEAH I was right in the building while making the call

Mama DeLuca pizza is worth your money. Our pizzas were loaded, a great portion, unlimited ingredients, and fresh ingredients. I love that they wear gloves & it's a clean atmosphere. Thanks for the experience. He was very patient I ordered 3 pizzas
The skinny black girl is the rudest employee in the history of employees me and my wife and a friend of mines went on separate days and all had the same experience, the food is great as long as she don't prepare it she should really be fired she hurts the company I've seen her 3 times and every experience the same horrible. I won't comeback until she's fired.??
