I placed an order and when I arrived they didn't have it ready, and I don't understand why if the business was empty, in the end they only gave me part of what I ordered and I had to go back to order what was missing

A member of mine arrived to pick up an order she made through the phone to find out her order was not ready even though there was no customers and there was also no one attending. The workers rushed to finish the order even though they had time and yet they were still picky on who was going to finish what. They gave her the order but it was incorrect and she had to go back again for a missing order and the workers were not professionl about it at all even though they were the ones in the wrong. This happened may 9th around 3 in the afternoon whoever was at service was terrible.

This is another location that took me back to California. I got an Elote and a Strawberry Fruit Drink. Very good service and food. The seating area was a little dirty due to previous customers leaving crumbs on the tables but it was still fairly decent.
