Pros: The selection of sides and desserts, the food is cooked to order, and the portions are generous.

Cons: Some items (red beans & rice and coconut cake) do not meet the expectations, sometimes it is bland(not well seasoned), and get there on time or the food will be cold.

I’ve been to this location multiple times ordered thru doordash my food always been fresh tonight I decided to stop in and come get it myself wait 15 minutes outside I get all the way home to notice my BBQ chicken dinner was very cold fries hard as brick and the chicken had to be sitting my other food was fresh. So I called I was told I couldn’t get my order remade until tomorrow because they was about to close I told him I didn’t want them to remake it I’ll just take a refund I get all the way back he was talking to me telling me oh I’ve to wait cause he cleaning up just poor customer service I’ll not be back to this place to send my hard earn money just to be treated like trash

Pretty good food, it just depends on what cook is there.

Good food! Wait time is an issue. I do not like that I ordered a tender dinner and they charge for sauce. Like, you can't give 1-2 complementary based on the number of tenders orders? And they have the nasty ranch. Like, who do you think you are charging for the nasty ranch???? Other than that.... it's solid. Customer service sucks tho.

For a first-time visit, this place was actually pretty great. The young man behind the counter was courteous, the restaurant was extremely clean, and the food came out surprisingly quickly. Everything was fried to perfection. My expectations were exceeded, and I'll most definitely be back.
