Changed my review from 5 to 1 star after they sold me the nastiest steak ever they advertised ny strip steak and give me this 🤢 I gave it to my dog now the dog sick 🤔 disgusting I want a refund this is not a ny strip steak and it was old fatty and gross and covered in gross gravy smelled bad

I have been purchasing the grilled chicken salads for decades...and the past 2 visits the chicken that has been used is not the same quality/flavor. I was very disappointed please go back to the original recipe...the new chicken is gross

First thing I want to say is that I always enjoyed Mary’s Grill in the past! They moved and so did the familiar flavors! I ordered corned beef egg rolls and chili fries! They were still cold! The drive through is for bike cycles

I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and it had no Caesar dressing on it. The chicken was visibly Seasoned but still tasted like the pita wrap. Not sure how that is possible. Fries cold and unseasoned. I had to doctor the wrap up because it was so bland. I don’t know who told Mary she could cook, but yall need to stop lying to that poor woman. Absolutely not!

The customer service at this restaurant is horrible. The women who work at drive through window are horrible and don’t know how to speak . They are rude as hell and this unacceptable. Beware of this place and I will be in contact with management because this is ridiculous.

Use to love it here but recently my experience was horrible first issue the young lady said the don't take card remind you the always take card also my total amount due was 22 dollars even of course I think they was over charging me pocketing the extras it was to obvious..so I get my food get home my burger is pink inside badly pink..
