The food is good and the atmosphere was okay besides the bullet proof glass but the prices are sky high! And they charge for ranch dressing on your wings and charge all kinds of fees to use a card that most places don’t charge I want to support but due to price gouging I won’t be coming back

I work in this area and this place is a place that lets us stop here and use the restrooms as public service workers. In convenience sometimes I also try to get my lunch from here... So far my orders has been missing something that I have paid extra for or completely wrong every time and it's extremely difficult to talk to the staff about missing items because they are never pleasant always upset/ moody and once they give you your food they ignore you in the lobby for as long as possible. The organization is poorly integrated in the atmosphere, everyone is running around and there is often no one to service the lobby so ppl who walk in to orders are ignored for long times and have to wait very long for a order to be prepared. I took a lunch break and tried to sit inside and be waited on one day and I sat for 30 mins at a table and no one even asked me if I would like something to drink. Honestly I think this place is overwhelmed and should be a drive thru only grill because they have such poor customer service skills.

WAIT TIME NEEDS IMPROVEMENT REAL BAD .I ordered my food and the speaker then I drove up to the window waited for 10 minutes just for someone to tell me they were out of MILK AND CHICKEN

Pretty good coney (food) overall speed of service not good at all stood waiting to be seated for 15 min without any greeting or approach before our party decided to carry out seating was not accommodating at all for a group of 4 since guests were just hanging out well after dining. Still a long wait after order was placed just for the order to be incorrect. After the order was made right everything was delicious I continue to frequent carry out only for obvious reasons

Very clean, polite professional staff, I'm a door dasher, these guys are quick compared the other coneys in the area. They'll ask you to confirm your order before heading it to you, but this seems to be the norm for this area. Haven't ate there since they moved from Schaefer, but the food was good then, can't imagine to much has changed.
