We had such a great experience at Max & Erma’s in the Detroit airport thanks to Van. She was so kind, upbeat, and genuinely happy doing her job. You can tell she takes real pride and ownership in running the bar, which made the whole visit enjoyable. Van is definitely an asset to this place. What a great little bar — we’ll absolutely stop by again next time!
Delicious cheeseburger recommended by Kelly. Kelly was very knowledgeable on the menu and provided great hospitality. I was impressed by her service and was the hallmark of my visit during my time at the Detroit airport. Cheeseburger was also delicious and juicy.
I had the pleasure of coming through on vacation and my wife and I decided to stop off and eat. We had the pleasure of meeting Ashley. What amazing service!! She was very pleasant when above and beyond her job duties and if there’s one thing I can say about Detroit is stopping here if you’re in the area And need to recharge!
