Ordered via kiosk, they only have two and the other side was down. The order was wrong and I had to ask for a cup for my drink. Several other customers seemed to be having the same issue. There was heavy construction outside so they were pretty slow, but plenty of casual chatter back of house.
They gave me the oldest McChicken sandwich and fries this place has horrible service

I waited over 30 minutes for my order that I ordered thru drive thru. Physically had to park my car to go in and ask for my food after being told to wait in the reserve parking so the manager could bring me my food. Ordered made to order, which means fresh food... Nope my nuggets and fries were rock hard. I called back to McDonald's and they answered the phone "hello". I was then told by a manager that I had to bring back the food after my shift ended to get a redo on the order!! I had nothing to eat for lunch ?

I worked here and quit in August, the general manager was accusing me of stealing when I told her I asked for the stuff I took, she was being very rude about it instead of just saying I couldn't take the stuff and even was threatening to fire me if I didn't bring back(the stuff I asked for) back up to work. Also when I was asking about my last 2 weeks, I messaged her privately about it she never messaged me back what so ever and i had to message into the work group chat instead and she didn't respond until the second day of me asking about it, mind you also she didn't respond to me until after she responded to everyone else tho. And now that I quit up there my dad needs some paper work about me leaving and she is now refusing to give me that paper work, she is a whole manager and isn't doing her job.
