On March 14th I had a lovely older gentleman mopping walk me to my car because i had a concern. He didnt even question it. Just stopped cleaning. Im so thankful. I stopped on a work shift to use the bathroom. I was by myself and not familar with the city really, and delivering alone as a girl you have to be an overthinker. And some weird car was parked blocking only MY car in an empty parking lot. I would not have been visable to anyone if i just went to my car and not questioned it. I beeped my car and lights with fob and he still didnt move!. So its just strange.... always trust your gut. Anyways thank you sir❤️❤️❤️

Drive thru is not great at all. The two lane drive-up takes majority of the people who just pull up instead of the person who was before them. Many customers left for better service and time sequence organized.

Very bad service intentionally. Sun 2. 25. 24 time 1:30pm after placing a mobile order I waited at the drive thru for a smoothie and never got it. The manager on duty didn't care the drive thru was wrapped around the building people pulling off. When I went inside their were multiple people inside complaining and I was told I had to wait others were ahead of me very rude intentionally. Never again. Mcdonalds is low vibrational food anyways so are the workers and manager. She clearly was too busy not doing her job.
I stopped in for a cup of coffee. The drive-thru had 3 cars, and there were 3 parked (one of those was a guy who was bringing back 2 sandwiches. ) When I walked in, there were 3 people ... the guy with the sandwiches, and 2 people who were picking up their order.THE RESTAURANT WAS FULLY STAFFED.Everyone was moving as if they were at home in their living rooms, with slippers on - though they were at work, in non-slips! Nobody said a word to me, so I ordered and paid at the kiosk. I waited another 3 minutes after ordering before anyone said a word to me. One of the managers were letting us know that they were having "technical difficulties." That's when I let her know that I only ordered a coffee. She said someone was bringing it up.DO YOU KNOW that it was almost 10 minutes (before she said anything to me), then another 3 minutes after she said that before I received my coffee, from a male employee who offered me NOTHING... no napkins, and when I asked for a stirrer, he said, "All we have is straws, ma'am."Okay. I took the straw and went ahead with my day!I do not eat McDonald's at all. I stopped in because I was running late for a trip and didn't have time to go where I normally purchase coffee. ?The service was horrible.The store wasn't stocked properlyBuuuut, there was minimal traffic, a full staff, and TWO managers present!If you eat McDonald's, that's your business, and I'm making it my business to tell you to skip this one.*After all that, no one said, I never heard:"How are you?""Have a great day!""Thank you.""Your order will be ready in just...""May I offer you a water, cookie, or [insert snack]?""We apologize for the inconvenience..."This location is one reason why Detroit restaurants and servers are going viral for bad reviews currently.You all have a phenomenal day!
