The food actually isn’t that bad. It’s the service that’s ghetto. Especially in the drive through. They are not pleasant over the intercom. The morning crew is great and professional. The afternoon crew is ok but that night crew is the worst. They act like it’s an inconvenience if you ask for extra ketchup or something**update I just got a meal at 3PM and asked for 1 barbecue sauce..just 1 and the person at the window said $.32 for just ONE. I’m good on this location.

Wasn't bad but everytime I go there they make buy stuff before they let me use the restroom. Like I went to use the restroom first and they locked it on me and told me I had to order first. To me that's ridiculous I almost peed my pants because of the rude staff. Other then that it's a great place to eat amd dine in

They forgot to put one of my sausage burrito’s in my bag. Which was kinda disappointing, ( it’s so yummy! ) And I rounded up my change. ? The least they could’ve done was put all of my order in there. Whatever though food was still good. And the food came out fast.

Horrible customer service the manager turned her back on me as I was talking because I didn't want to use the self kiosk it's ridiculous you have to use a self kiosk when there's employees standing there doing nothing.. it's even worse when the manager disrespects You by turning her back while you're talking like you're a child I do not and would not ever shop here or spend my money with McDonald's again..?

I really enjoy coming to this particular MikeyD’s because, Their Service is OUTSTANDING & I receive nothing but TERRIFIC Service from every crew member on every shift ( speaking from my own POV. ) The workers are all polite, the food is always FRESH! ( Especially THE FRIES!!! ). Their ice cream machine is never down/ broken. And, I never wait long for my order to be ready. All I have to say is, that, this McDonalds is my personal favorite & ( in my opinion. ) the BEST, Mikey D’s in Detroit ( HANDS DOWN!!! ).

The girl in the window had a really bad attitude kept getting my order wrong at the window I asked for the manager, her attitude was the same. Funny thing is I never go to McDonald's because the service is always bad. I was Super hungry, and I had a busy day. My 12 yr old daughter even witnessed this. Instantly I told her..see why I don't come here?

Got to skip eating today because they made me wait on the curb for 30+ minutes during my break as 15-20 cars passed me with their food. I only ordered a cheeseburger and 4 nuggets.
They allow the 2 Drug Addicts Maddie and Jarryl to sit in the back room beg for money and go live begging for money.....that they know is for the D man for their drugs. These 2 will stand outside Harassing people for money! REPORT this McDonald's!!!
