Visited recently at 8pm early and all of the door were closed and just very unwelcoming. Went around to the drive through since we had a pick up order and still had to wait for a while. Ladies at the first window unwelcoming and just stared at us but when I got to the second window much more welcoming, food was good tasting but warm not hot so meh
We definitely smashed the food though so if you hungry then yes 2/5

Power receptacles haven't worked here for a month, I think they were disabled on purpose. A month earlier they were working, a manager by then in the morning & a cleaner looked at me weirdly when they saw me on the tables with my laptop. Suddenly the next day none of the receptacles had power. I went back today about a month later & they still had no power, other people told me they had no power even be4 I tried to use them.

I had a double cheeseburger and it was cold there was no one in the front when I came in I had to order from the screen and it took them 10 to 15 minutes to finally come up to the front to take orders

Nyla was awesome! She was patient, friendly and outgoing. Great customer service! She went above & beyond! I had to leave a review for the amazing service me and my daughter received!

As a former Mcdonald employee, I was deeply disappointed by my experience by this McDonalds. I ordered a double cheeseburger (no pickles, extra onion), and two cheese burgers but received a double cheeseburger with pickle residue and no onions. The two cheeseburgers had no pickles and onions. - ice cream machine not working. All three burgers were served cold. Customer service was below average and the employees were rude. I hope this store can raise the levels of expectations of fast food service!
