Stop making the DoorDash order ahead of time make everything when they get there it'll help w those complaints. I live across the street and food was still cold don't make sense.

They have all the outlets at the tables shut off I'm guessing to deter ppl from hanging out but cmon what part of the game is that? McDonald's has to do better.

Horrible service. The workers shut down the restaurant to just chat in the front lobby where customers were able to see. It’s kinda sad once I asked how long they “wouldn’t be taking orders “ as the young lady said she just said I’m not sure. I understand it’s the day before Christmas Eve but if they weren’t going to do work or even shut down the lobby they should find employment they actually want to do. I saw 4 cars leave due to the lack of professionalism. Please reevaluate the customer service and find people who are capable to perform the duties of a job they applied for. I saw a patron get served shortly after telling me they won’t be taking orders where she said she was told they are only expecting mobile orders or DoorDash, which I was not informed at all and would’ve but known had it not been for the kind customer. I was hopping the interaction would lead me to change my review but it just only raised a question as to why I was told one thing and another customer something else.

Update: McDonalds replied with a “link” I was unable to access to try and I guess rectify the terrible service and then removed the reply. I don’t know why the comment disappeared but anyways all McDonalds offer the same food but what you like about your local McDonald is the convenience of location and kind staff the only positive here is location. But if ya need a bite there are multiple restaurants in the plaza that would be a much better option. The last thing people should be doing in this economy is paying for rude service.

Ordered online, it asked me if I wanted counter or drive through, I chose counter. Go in - they refused to serve me and another mobile order and told us to go through drive through - which was long. The sandwich Ordered was cold by thr time I got it - i Ordered a coke and they gave me dr. Pepper...... never ordering from here again.
