Alexis is the only reason I will go back to this McDonald's. Food was standard. The policy of no refills is disappointing. Getting asked by a homeless person inside the restaurant several times for money and then having to ask him to not stand over us while we are eating was unnerving, but Alexis was the one bright spot to everything. She was polite and helpful. A star in a otherwise not so great place.

They never answer the phone it always stays on busy like the phone is off the hook and they can't seem to grasp the concept of when a customer ask for fresh or cook to order that means don't give me food that has been sitting 🤔 because u over dropped and trying to get rid of it....
Ordered a $6 meal fresh cooked to order they gave me dried out nuggets , double cheese burger dried out fries had extra extra salt for no reason and nuggets was cold only thing good was the hc orange oh ya they got mad when I said no ice 😭 came here midnight 11 oh ya I asked no onions why it look like they took the onions off they so strong I still can smell them !

Terrible late night and they had people in uniform with non-uniform hats covering dreadlocks order was also incorrect I took it because I waited so long in the Drive-Thru waited 15 minutes Four cars total.
