EDIT UPDATE 7/3/23: I've regret to inform anyone reading this comment that this McDonald's location has shuttered its doors and closed down permanently as of June of 2023...Despite the curse of 2020, McDonald's is definitely trying its hardest to keep everything in order. Other than that, it's great.

Always giving out cold food, and don’t wanna give you a refund!! Gotta pull ahead to get your drinks and food remade. Because you asked for it fresh. Do anybody take work serious anymore. Morning time employees are nice though.

The most ghetto McDonald's ever. The staff are super rude and the customer service is horrible. I will NEVER go here again and I advise everyone to go to McDonald's in the surrounding cities but this McDonald's and all the ones in Detroit you should definitely never go

As a dasher, it sucks. The wait was forever. Lobby full of people and no one on the register. They didn't prepare the customer's order until I got there. No drinks available, just trash.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I had a mobile order that I paid for online to pick up through the drive-thru. The line moved extremely slow. I finally made it to the 2nd window after 30 minutes only for them to ask me to pull up because my order wasn't ready. I waited by the door another 10 minutes before walking inside to ask for a refund. The cashier refunded my money and as I was walking out someone was heading to my car with food! That was my first and last visit at this location.

Corporate need to be called how has the health department not shut you guys down yet walk in this establishment to fast u will slip and fall from all the grease in the lobby imagine how the kitchen looks I think it needs to be shut down very gross don't eat here and do not let ur children eat from here.

I woke up early on a Sunday morning to get to Home Depot when it opened and didn’t have coffee yet, so I ordered through my app. Got to the drive thru and their iced coffee machines were down. I really wanted an iced coffee because it’s too dang hot for hot coffee, but I told them to go ahead and make me a regular coffee instead. The person taking my order decided to whip up his own concoction with ice, coffee, cream, sugar, and the caramel syrup from the sundaes. Talk about going above and beyond with customer service! I don’t have his name and the store phone number takes me to Wisconsin, but it was today, at 8:30 am, whoever was scheduled to be on the speaker for the drive thru. Thank you SO MUCH! You truly started my day off with a HUGE smile and I am SO appreciative of your innovation and willingness to satisfy a customers cravings! Give that man a raise!!
