I was very happy and surprised by the excellent service I received from Ryan. The place was back inside and drive through but she was fast, professional, friendly and helpful. I haven’t seem that type of service from a fast food in a very long time. Ryan needs to be hired by corporate to go around to help train personnel how to work in a fast pace environment but makes it looks so easy. Thank you Ryan you restore my trust to visit this McDonald's on a regular basis.

They're pretty fast, they had ice for my drink so thats what I came here. The other mcdonalds didnt SAD. They had everything for my premium coffee ☕️ unlike the other McDonalds on 8mile SAD!

This is a very unfriendly poor service McDonalds!! Went through the drive thru, asked to pull to side and waited 20 minutes before having to go in and get food ordered!!

During my time work at my job that's not McDonald's been told that the customer is always right, I really want McDonald's on this location to understand when we order our food and we see it on your menu board at the drive thru to see y'all have a sausage, egg and cheese bagel that is number ten den number and your number nine is steak cheese and egg bagel. When I ordered the number 10 y'all brought out the number 9 and I had to explain to the lady what I ordered so she took it back and it's a shame that y'all didn't remake it 😒 but y'all used the same bagel and eggs after removing the steak and onions. I could have food poisoning behind yard doing that. Yes, please know, whatever restaurant you eat in is going to turn around and do the same thing to you and that's for the one that prepared that sandwich call karma. I had to run to the bathroom right after eating that sandwich.When a customer tells you that the food is wrong you suppose to remake the sandwich.

When I order and pay for food, I expect to get the food I paid for. 6 mile/Greenfield McDonald's never answer the phone. To correct an order you must go back and maybe just maybe they will replace/correct your order

I ordered the Big Mac combo. She told me they didn’t have any large or medium cups. Because they didn’t have any medium cups they charged me for everything separately. The combos was 8 bucks a piece. My order came to twenty one dollars and some change. I asked for sweet and sour sauce I didn’t receive it and I didn’t get any straws. Si why does it cost more for less. Smh this my last time going to the McDonald’s on greenfield and six mile.
