It is truly sad that in our community, the managers at this store on gratiot near french rd. Have lowered the standards of service to this degree. Never, never again will i approch your driveway. Others should follow. Cooparation, should take a close look at these managers, the public should shut this store down. If some immediate changes are notmade.

Food is never hot (fries) and you can tell it's been sitting or if they cook it fresh the grease is old so I get an extra dark dry filet of fish instead of a hot golden one.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My friend ordered from here and was one nugget short. This may sound like a small problem but she was so upset she started having a mental breakdown and started twitching. She ordered 10 pc nuggets and received 9!!!! This is unbelievable. Her favorite number is 10 and must do everything 10 times due to her disorder. Highly disappointed. You guys are sick.
