This location is one of the better locations that I have been at. The customer service was amazing. The order process was pretty straight forward. I totally recommend this location.

Terrible. Cheeseburger was old and cold. Meat overcooked and the cheese didn’t even get a chance to melt. Fries were lukewarm warm and soggy. Overall, inedible. $10 in the garbage because it wasn’t worth getting sick.

Can't seem to make hot coffee. One employee was friendly, the others were rude. Doesn't seem like anyone wants to be working here. Lots of problems with orders for the people in front of me.

One of the worst experience at a fast food place. It was not busy yet had to wait 30 mins for two mcdoubles, a chicken sandwich and ten nuggets. Then turns out they forgot the sandwich. Had to wait an additional 10 mins. None of the burgers and sandwich had sauce.

You can clearly see the guy in the front did not care. Was there just to collect a paycheck. There was one lady working in slow motion in the back.

Just go with anything else that's available. It'll save you the headache and time.

If you want to use the locator, DO NOT. Your food will sit up at the counter. They do not know how to use that system, apparently. Luckily I heard my number. Service with a frown on my side.

Every time I go to this location they get the order wrong. Crazy expensive and really rude service. Go to the plum market next door. Much better food and service

Signs say to order with app, but the restaurant seems to have the app disabled, including on the kiosks. Scanning the app and entering codes makes the kiosk unresponsive. If they don't accept rewards, they should not allow ordering.
