The food was cold, the cashier was nice but very unwelcoming, service was very slow and they( the staff talked and intertwined one another as we waited for food. Why do yall hire people that don't commit to your mission and intentional actions that promote pleased guest?

The last time I was here the cashier did not mention that the card machine did not work until I got to the window to pay with my card. Mind you I was in the drive thru for 15 minutes and ended up leaving emoty handed cause I did not have cash. If you go to this here McDonalds have cash or a chip on your card or your time will be wasted

The McDonald’s is on the corner of Davison and Linwood Avenue. I used the drive-through. The people here are real friendly, the food is good -and adequate, the drawback here is the service. On this visit it was s-l-o-w. Every other time I have been here the service has been exactly the same. In short, it is an OK meal in an area that has very few restaurants however, prepare yourself to wait long amounts of time! Dine-in or drive through it’s slow!

I had ordered thru door dash twice in the last 3 days from this McDonalds and each time i've had food missing from my order. Its been said once is a mistake twice is on purpose. Don't the workers there know how to read an order?... How can you order a Big Mac Meal and not get the Big Mac???? Where is the manager at that he or she isn't checking behind the workers?

Nasty nasty nasty the parking lot was dirty a.f ...rude drive thru girl ...I ordered a hi c orange light Ice and was given a dr. Pepper . I told her I ordered hi c orange she began to argue me that I didn't for about 2 mins instead of just giving me my drink that I asked for, and on top of that it took about 20 mins to get my food and only ordered a daily double a large hi c orange and a number 4 with zero customers inside restaurant. I would never ever go to this mcdonalds ever again in my life .

Slowest McDonald’s ever even when there’s nobody there. Staff off likes to be on their phone and talk and laugh with each other instead of taking care of customers. Most of the time the food is not old and dry. New workers need to be trained on how to use the ice cream machine to make appropriate ice cream cones. I’m almost 40 years old don’t give me a ice cream cone looking like this.

Parking: Limited spots especially when there’s a long line in the drive-through.
