Specifically asked for a fish sandwich, small fry and large drink. There's always a problem doing this as they want to upsale or put it in a meal which only has medium and large fries. I don't want all those fries and it upsets me to throw away something I paid for but didn't want in the first place. All of those items can be bought separately. Think I'm gonna take a break from you guys.

I was waiting for my meal for 40 minutes. No thanks to the reasons: The kiosk didn't print the receipt, and the monitors turned off. What a waste of money and valuable time!! I ain't ordering from that broken kiosk again! 😤

they using out dated meat that been sitting for hrs all meals after a certain time should be refreshed even the fries should not be cold

Cashier that was working needed to slow down and listen more at the drive thru windows, felt rushed and ordered wasn't made right. Ect
I only ordered a caramel frappe. I had a slight problem but the manager Dewan made sure I did not leave unsatisfied. I couldn't find my code for the Frappe and he made it happen and I was so elated. The service needs to step up the pace but that's not going to make me stop coming. they're doing the best they can and I liked it.. B-

This is literally the worst mcdonalds in detroit. They are slow unprofessional and clearly corporate needs to Come in and do some serious re-training and overhaul this place. The community deserves better.
