Thought the microphone was broken after waiting there for a few minutes, pulled up to the 1st window and saw there was employees inside, they didn't bothered to open the window and tell me that they'll be back. Nov 19 1:16 A.M.

Staff was rude and forgot half my ordered. When I sat there waiting for the rest of my food a worker walked over yelling “what’s missing”
The service and my friend’s chicken sandwich were good, but both sandwiches were lukewarm, and my burger wasn’t made properly.
My burger tasted off, particularly the bun. I couldn’t finish it.
I know what to expect from a fast food burger spot, but sandwiches should come out hot, and without any unpleasant, sour taste.

My experience with this McDonald was absolutely amazing! From the employees who took our order to the employees who gave us our food! The employees were very polite, nice and just overall a warm welcoming atmosphere! Wish a lot of more service workers were like these employees at this McDonalds location! The date and time we went through the drive through was 2/19/2025 3:00pm so whatever crew was working was absolutely incredible!

This olace needs to just fire everyone and just do rehiring event fr. Drive thru workers are rude and don't have good customer service. The food isn't portioned correctly I paid for a large fry not for some half-ass medium. Food is disgusting and the environment was gross 🤢
