The food didn't taste good at all... Something tasted off with both sandwiches... The workers were friendly which definitely was a plus but when I went to go sit down to eat... almost every single table was dirty.. trash left on the tables, sauces on other ones, drinks spills left on tables.. that was my first time there and unfortunately it will be my last time..

I ordered online, when I arrived at the store the lady was rude on the speaker. She was talking fast and her voice was muffled so I couldn't understand her. After determining that I have an on-line order, the fish was old as hell, the cheese was old and hard and for $7 per sandwich, this is unacceptable. I had already it home and was too cold outside to take it back.

Most horrible experience I have ever experienced in my life from a restaurant (let alone a “business establishment”) first and foremost!! The young lady (Samara McGhee) was horribly disrespectful cursing , calling me out of my name, refusing to place order, just totally absurd within its entirety!! The atmosphere and attitudes of the workers could be easily perceived to be about 90 % unsuitable to even be in the position of serving anyone!! This place is horrible within its entirety and needs someone to save the business for the sake of the community it serves!! I will be making a corporate complaint against this location and hopefully senior management will look into this matter and at minimum get rid of the employees who aren’t quite fit to work in that environment because its a security issue for the store and the rest of the employees who may wish to simply come there, simply do their job, and go home without making things personal (as if its their own personal business when they are simply a “representative”, acting on behalf of the company's best interests and to provide the best customer service they can provide to the patrons of the establishment so the business continues to thrive and be successful as its been Im sure far before a unruly person became a employee!! I have video of this person i wish I could upload that shows this person being very rude, disrespectful, and totally unprofessional towards the customers and the establishment.

Came here today ordered my food firstly the guy who’s taking orders always rush you and he still gets it wrong. And I was over charged the Hispanic manager is short tempered and threw my recipe away without asking if I wanted it since we’re talking about a total dispute

I usually don’t have issues with this location but I hope the morning crew gets it together ASAP! This location consistently doesn’t open on time. Currently 7:15am and they are not taking orders outside of DoorDash and mobile orders, turning away any drive up customers. The website claims they are open at 5am, but it’s not open until after 7am, more so 7:30am. What a shame to be on Mack Ave and not operating at their own hours. Even worse if you already have the code ready and have to wait 15 minutes to reset the app code and they are still not open.

12/15 night crew was efficient and 12/16 morning was quick

12/24 knocked on the door no answer ....went to drive thru they said go back to the door. No answer .... Then a employee got them to answer and still let the door shut on me to wear I had to cancel the order

I went mcdonalds Thursday night and purchased a holiday pie and they give me a pie from 9 am. At 11 pm at night. I get to the resturant to request a replacement withOn Thursday night, I visited McDonald's and purchased a holiday pie, which I later discovered was prepared at 9 AM, despite my purchase being made at 11 PM. Upon returning to the restaurant with my receipt to request a replacement, the manager informed me that the boxed pie was required. I then ordered a new pie, which also appeared to be stale. The manager subsequently expressed frustration regarding preparing a fresh pie, leading to an 18-minute wait. Following this, she instructed an employee to box an unfinished pie, which was then presented to me in an unsatisfactory manner at the drive-thru window. My experience with this manager was exceptionally challenging. Consequently, I will no longer be patronizing this establishment. a receipt and the manager says I need the boxed pie. I ordered a new pie and that pie was also old and then she became frustrated with baking a fresh pie and so I waited 18 minutes and then she rushed one of her employees to box the pie which was undone and forced it in my face when I drove back around the drive thru window. This manager is very difficult to deal with. I wont be purchasing meals from here ever.

Horrible service. Can't get an order right to save their life. Nobody answers the phone. They're going to give you an attitude when you tell them they messed up. Had to call corporate to get a refund since this location is obviously incompetent. Missing items. 0/10 stars.
