I walked in and the manager already has an attitude at the register helping another customer with an attitude. The energy was not welcoming.It was very disruptive. I asked to be buzzed into the bathroom.The manager had a attitude while buzzing the door. I got my food. I wanted my sugar and cream added in, I didn't get that instead I got more attitude and her saying everything is in the bag, and walked away. I was trying to ask for jam for my sandwich. She vastly walked away saying everything was in the bag. When it was not. Not enough sugar way to much cream. I was already scared to order because it is more flies on the inside than outside. My coffee taste burnt. The service was just horrible.

Doesn’t answer the phone, phone connected to manager personal phone number, constantly declining calls. Rude and yells at customers like they are their kids. No type of professionalism from managers and crew argue with guests. Terrible store do not recommend. 0 stars!
