This has happened to me like seven times, every time I order at the drive thru and they never bring me the food. I've waited up to an hour and they never do anything that's really wrong. It doesn't work at all, the staff really isn't friendly at all and they never bring the food or anything, much less refund the money.
Double cheeseburger was over seasoned very nasty condiments was searmed all over the wrapper threw it before I got sick

This place needs to be shut down immediately they are rude unprofessional and disgusting they slap my food on the ground outside the drive thru because I was following the directions with they told me to do they were confused on their end and took it out on me I would never go here or recommend this at this point they need a whole new team if they keep doing stuff like this someone going to get hit not everybody handle a situation like that the way I did I’m going to corporate about this problem and I’m going back to get people names and to talk to their boss because this is not okay you can not treat people like this in the food industry

What is the point in ordering ahead on an app and still waiting in line for 20 minutes. The inside was closed at 7 in the evening. No cars were at the windows, just 8 cars waiting to get their order taken. Food was Luke warm
