What is the point in ordering ahead on an app and still waiting in line for 20 minutes. The inside was closed at 7 in the evening. No cars were at the windows, just 8 cars waiting to get their order taken. Food was Luke warm

The night staff is totally unprofessional and obviously don't know how to work drive thru let alone multitask. There was a line wrapped around the drive thru and no one responded on the head set to let us know if they are taking orders or not

We were standing in line waiting for our food and I looked out to where we parked and some guy was standing at our truck for no reason. I made my fiancé go out and look to make sure he didn't take anything.
