Most McDonald’s workers don’t have access to paid sick or family and medical leave. As a stockholder, I’m deeply concerned that my investment will perform poorly because your policies to ignore the safety of workers and their families will suffer, and the quality of my investment will suffer due to declining revenues and poor management at the highest level, and all the way down to store owned and franchised operations.
