They suck at DoorDash orders yesterday they gave me someone else order but my ticket number was correct then today they messed up on my order forgetting my add ons and missing a whole item and I asked for a ice coffee and it come with no ice they need to do better with DoorDash orders because we are already paying an extra amount for the items we order.

I live around the corner this place so I am here a lot. How do they NEVER have something smh it's TERRIBLE. Bad attitudes from the staff & management. DO BETTER STORE MANAGER with your team. I've ordered a premium coffee ☕️ a few times & havnt once received cuz NO MILK for coffee. DO BETTER! When I get home it's always something not in the bag. DO BETTER.

I literally just received a door dash order, deluxe chicken meal with no salt. The packaging was the best thing about the order.the chicken was old and DRY. Fries were hard, cold...maybe to be expected. Bun burnt. I called DD immediately for a refund. I am reaching out to McDonald's headquarters on this one since the manager has chosen to have a non working phone for customers to call in on. That food is HARD CORE TRASH at best. You only received one star because I had to select a star to write the review

Absolutely the worst! Not sure if it was the restaurant or the Grubhub driver that tore the tape and went through my bag! Everything was wrong, even the sauce for the nuggets. Plus there were nuggets missing too. To think these are the workers who expect higher wages? How absurd!!!
