I live around the corner this place so I am here a lot. How do they NEVER have something smh it's TERRIBLE. Bad attitudes from the staff & management. DO BETTER STORE MANAGER with your team. I've ordered a premium coffee ☕️ a few times & havnt once received cuz NO MILK for coffee. DO BETTER! When I get home it's always something not in the bag. DO BETTER.

I don't care what anybody says, the people who work in this establishment are wonderful human beings!
They deal with countless human beings that have zero empathy.
Not everyone but a lot of people do not put themselves in their shoes.
There are a lot of young people working in here and they are doing their best even at the worst of times.... I have seen the line almost get to the road and the food is still as you expect it should be coming...

Nuggets were not fresh, most of them was dry. Spicy chicken patties looked overcooked or as if they were cooked in old grease. Sooooo disappointed with the nuggets. Just reminded me why i go the extra couples of miles to the Redford location. I would've went back and requested a refund but im already exhausted and not feeling well.
