So I have a question. It's 24hr but at a certain time at night it's doordash only? Because I was told that wen I rolled thru drive thru at 12:23am Jan. 29th 2026 and the man said door dash only. I'm not sure just asking my daughter use to work there.

Can I give zero stars? I've been waiting at the drive-thru for 15 minutes. The car in front of me finally pulled out. I pulled up, the McDonald's enployee opened the window, and he asked me... What? As if I was there for some reason other than the food order I just placed! 😩😤🫣😭

I came through the drive thru on Wednesday and the manager that was there WAS VERY RUDE . I call today and ask for him . He said this is him I ask him are you always like this bc you are very rude . He got smart AGAIN and said do I want to speak to his GM and I said yes he said WELL she will be In later and hang up in my ear. I will NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS MCDONALD'S EVER AGAIN I DON'T WANT THAT NASTY SPIRIT TOUCHING MY FOOD . FIX THIS BC THIS IS NOT CUSTOM SERVICE he should NOT BE A MANAGER

It is a shame that almost every McDonald's that I go to does not have the ice-cream machine working.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. Unfortunately I do it to myself every time knowing I’ll be unhappy because it’s so close and on the way to work when I’m rushing and hungry. The lobby and restroom is ALWAYS filthy. It takes forever for someone to take your order and when they finally do, they have a nasty attitude as if you’re bothering THEM by being a paying customer. Then expect to wait about 10-15 minutes to get your order. Today I tried to go in and was ignored by the manager who rolled her eyes at me and said the lobby is closed and to place a mobile order. I wasn’t allowed inside and my food took forever and my sprite tasted like seltzer water with no flavor

The man working today was rude and very unprofessional. Treated customers as if it’s our fault he showed up to work. I always order from the app. Today I wish I hadn’t because the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel my order. I was on lunch from work and to be treated as if I was a problem for just walking into the lobby to pick up my food. He had a line of customers standing there waiting and in the 20 mins that I was there never took not one order. No regard for people time or money. I’ll take my few dollars elsewhere thank you!
