Last night I placed an order by doordash of 2 happy meals one with diet coke and another with coke, some medium fries and 20 nuggets, they didn't pack the happy meals and I got only the nuggets and the potatoes and drink only a sprite (when I hadn't ordered sprite), with the credit I got for the failure I asked again for the happy meals and some medium fries, when the happy meals arrived they were empty, they only brought the toys, they didn't pack the fries and for drink they brought a mr. pepper. The mistake was his workers' because the bags were sealed

The worst McDonald's in Michigan. The employees are rude to customers and employees. One employee was crying being sent home for a false accusation by a customer that I personally witnessed. The manager tells me they don't do refills on drinks which is crazy, I've never heard of this. McDonald's needs to work on providing a better work environment so their employees aren't so miserable all the time. Now I can you totally see why a manager at McDonald's was stabbed last week. They're bullies!!! I only gave one star because you have to.
This is one of the worst McDonalds restaurants I’ve been to. I was in line for 15 minutes sitting at the speaker waiting to order. The young lady running the drive through seemed unconcerned and unapologetic with the wait. The customer service at McDonalds is generally bad…but this one found a way to make the experience worse. I decided to leave and eat at the restaurant across the street, much faster and better service!

My Man and I last night around 6:30 pm, pulled up to Drive thru& order 2 quarter pounders, it costed $10+. Anyway d quarter pounders don't represent what it used to. It was dry as hell plus salty, a drop of ketchup and mustard on it. A 5yr old could have cooked a better 🧀 burger than that. P.S. Cheese wasn't even melted. We gave them to d neighbor 🐈....
