I went to this McDonald's this morning to get a caramel macchiato hot cuz I wanted something hot. But like always the damn machine is always down that serves those hot drinks. So I paid for it with my debit card through the app already. So I get to the window and that's when the girl tells me that that machine don't work not anything hot is not coming out of that machine because it's broken. So then she asked me that I want like a frozen drink like a caramel frappe so I said y'all take a large caramel frappe. So she asked me to pull up to the front and they'll bring it out to me so I'm sitting there in the front waiting. So I'm on my phone waiting now I place my order at 8:30 so I pulled up to the front and I just happened to look up and it's 8:50 so I was pissed I immediately got pissed. So I looked up the store and I called him somebody answered they don't like the second ring. And I don't think he was in the store cuz he said he had to call over there and talked to one of the managers. So when I told him the same story he was like that it's ridiculous it makes absolutely no sense that you had to wait that long and he was very apologetic asked me if I wanted some free cookies or pies I told him no I just want my drink. But anyway the girl came out probably about 40 seconds after I got off the phone with him. But I'm just always disappointed anytime I go there to get anything pretty much mostly something out of the hot machine I don't drink coffee. So I was just really upset it's always something with the McDonald's in the city of Detroit. Either that machine is down that make those hot drinks or the shake machine is down.

The drive thru was the fastest I've ever seen at any McDonald's. The employee Duane Henderson was a model employee. So much that I asked his name so I could add him to the review. Thank you my granddaughter enjoyed her nuggets
Multiple bad experiences. Not sure it’s any the employees fault. They are moving just seems to be understaffed. Drive thru too but, no one has time for customers in the lobby. You make your order at the machines and pay there. Then wait around so long you just want to cancel your order at that point but, no one’s available to make the cancellation. I’ve left without my coffee I purchased twice now cause I didn’t have any time left to wait around.

Older lady with the crazy eyes lashes working the drive thru is rude now I see what people mean about the older women working the drive thrus at restaurants with the terrible attitudes find an different job if customer service isn’t your thing to old to be working with the public being rude to the customers
