I had the most worst experience with your McDonald Restaurant #11037. I went through the drive through and placed my order (order#1392) at 10:46am on 3/16/24. They gave me my drink and then was telling all the cars to pull forward. It seemed like 6 or 7 times the employee's kept bringing me the wrong order. They finally asked me for my original receipt and took them forever to bring me my order. That order was wrong and for some reason had order#280. The order was wrong, the sandwiches was made wrong and the food was cold. Needless to say I called the manager immediately and she wasn't even interested in what the problem was and basically told me "what do you want me to do about it" when I asked for her name she just kept saying "I'm the manager" and wouldn't give me her name. I will never frequent this restaurant again. I wouldn't recommend anyone to frequent it either if you are expecting good food and good service.

Wait 5 minutes for someone to respond to the intercom, then wait for them to take someone else's order first, and then proceed to wait 15 minutes for 3 sausage sandwiches while we watch the employees sit on their phone. Nah this ain't it.

Not 24 hours. They will tell you that they don't start serving again until 5:30 am. I get you're tired but so are the people who have to be up early and this is a place they try to start their day. Then y'all hiding in the back not telling people y'all not opening half the time. Terrible service!

On way to airport August 2 and thought we coming stop before getting on I-96 to I-94 for Metro Airport. We received cold food as soon as lunch items were sold. Fries, burgers and hard chicken tenders, they we're not because it was probably put back in fryer. We had a wonderful vacation and just getting back in city, I road past and thought about horrible food we received that day. How do you serve cold food with full staff as soon as lunch menu start.
