I will never come to this McDonalds again ! They need to replace the full staff including the scruffy looking young man they call a manager . I went to the drive thru with only 2 cars anhead of me and I ordered a cheeseburger and quarter pounder meal. They had me pull to the side and wait to bring it out, than I noticed they had every single car do the same so of course they can beat the timer. So I sit and wait 10mins and they’re bringing out wrong items to cars, giving ppl other ppls meals. I finally get my food and they forget my fries so I had to wait another 10mins for that until I got fed up and just went inside and I see all the staff talking , laughing , not working or attending to customers. On top of that the MANAGER, a young man that looked high was making jokes while customers were coming in asking for salt , ketchup etc, he’s laughing saying he’s supposed to be outside handing them out and shrugs it off ! It took another staff member 6 tries to wave the cooking staff for my fries because they were too busy having a convo and laughing to eachother. Super unprofessional! Food was so greasy I couldn’t even eat it but refused to go back and deal with that environment. The manager is the reason the staff also has horrible customer service it’s absolutely no structure behind that counter ! You don’t get paid to hangout at work ! Disappointed

Never again, I waited a the line for almost an hour. Got there at 11:20 places my order at 11, and didn’t move anywhere the line just stayed still for 30 minutes. I don’t know what’s going on in that place,but everytime I drive past there late at night the line is always long and never moves. They need a new system, or new management. I want a refund or something waiting that long for a mcchicken and fries to which I never got is out right ridiculous worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to

Nah, this was very unacceptable very I ordered my food around 11:50 pm and they kept telling me they were preparing it the time kept going and when I finally gave up it was around 1:10 am! I decided to call them to ask where my food was and when they answered they were rude and wouldn’t let me talk so I hung on them I shouldn’t have to deal with that because they are stressed they have me entirely messed up if I could rate this 0 stars I would. I will never order from this place again.

I ordered on DoorDash around 11:45 and waited till 12 and haven’t received my food so I call the place up and before I could even state my problem he rudely interrupted me and kept saying “how can I help you” and didn’t give me a chance to reply, this place has HORRIBLE service do not come here the food is Awful and employees Rude never ever ever ordering here again money and time was wasted.
