I ordered sweet tea. They gave me unsweetened tea. Upon returning the tea I was informed they don't sell sweet tea. They were all playing behind the counter as if they were at a party. I will never visit here again. You shouldn't either. Please treat this like a business not high school. 💯 💯

First of all, I just got off work & I was hungry so I stopped at Mcdonalds... remind you, it's 5:00am I didn't leave until 5:15-5:20am. They had me sitting at the window for sooooo long!! Anyways, I should've checked the bag before i pulled off but they gave me an EGG MCMUFFIN, I ASKED FOR A NUMBER 2 which is a Sausage Egg McMuffin. I'm highly disappointed & I cant call because the phone number if busy!

Ok if it's not lunch or dinner rush. They fall apart when it gets busy. Last time I was here I placed a mobile order before I arrived. Lunch rush. Was in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Food was cold by the time I got it. Same thing this time. Dinner rush. 18 minutes from time of order to actually getting the food. Placed the order just before pulling up. In the drive-thru line forever. Girl at the window is always very nice and apologetic, but they definitely need a different strategy. On a positive note, they couldn't find my food, so at least I got fresh hot food this time. Lol

The workers there are so nasty , they need to have something to cover their hair second they keep touching their hair and their face two , always having issues with my order, the workers in the back keep laughing and fighting with each other while there’s 8 people waiting in front of them , what kind of customer service is this

Dont go to this Mc Donald's, I mean it, if you want some food just go somewhere else. Something is going on with the workers and management there. I just tried to put in an order for some Mc Griddles and hashbrowns and was purposefully given the wrong order. The lady taking the orders in the drive-thru just wasnt having it today. She was mean, full of attitude, and had not an ounce of sympathy. Even when we tried to ask her why the order was wrong she just didnt want to hear it. Save your time and money.

Drive thru my friend and I ordered 2 sweet tea's one with very little ice. Drove pickup window we were handed both tea's asked which was which girl snapped at us she yelled I don't know very rude she walked away from window.
