When I went to pick up my food after placing a mobile order last week in the morning, I was informed that there were no sandwiches available! That's crazy in the morning! I mentioned to the drive-through employee that I had previously placed and paid for my order via the app. She informed me that I needed to cancel the order through the app.She informed me she didn't know how because she didn't use the app when I opened it and told her I couldn't see how to do that. I then informed the woman that I required a refund after seeing that I had been debited for the order when I checked my bank account. Then she told me to pull around to the window.We I got at the window. My order for 4 sandwiches and 2 hash browns were handed over. If you did have sandwiches, could you perhaps explain how I was served 4 COLD sandwiches just a minute before you informed me that you were out of stock? Even though this location is across the street from my house, I normally go to different places closer to my job or school, and every time I say, "Let's give this another shot," I am really disappointed! Since I have never experienced a problem in Redford or Canton—only at your location—I will just keep driving there.

When placing my order inside, my meal wasn't quite what I asked for. As, I'm informing that associate the correction that needed to be made. Ms. Alicia F., and Ms.. Kyra W. Both, went over and Beyond to make sure my order was correct! Later to find out that both of them are trying to be managers. Ms.(GM) Jakar, also Supervisor Queen. I, believe they can run the store with no worries! I ordered from DoorDash and they forgot to put some of my son food in his kids meal box we did not get his apples or milk and i didn’t get my ice coffee or my sweet and sour sauce i will never order from here

So I came into the store, stood at the counter for five mins. The guy behind the counter and the manager just looking at me. So I asked do I have to use the kiosk. He said yes just for him to start ringing up the people who came in after me. Terrible service. Lying for no reason.

I must say this location is not ran in the best order. A lady with a spoon full of hair that had a little oxtail ponytail hanging out of her hat with a mustache was very nasty, rude and unprofessional. The lines were backed up the card reader fell off the stand and the rude lady said that it’s not her job to fix the machine but to swipe or tap. However when Kimmy came back off break she came in and cleaned house by fixing orders and getting people in and out. She was pleasant and very patient corrected my order and made sure EVERY customer was satisfied. She’s the only reason I would return.
