had to wait 20 minutes for a quarter pounder. this McDonald's is known for slow service but is the one close to me, and that is why they are still there.

I went in a pull in spot it took fifteen minutes for two Cokes only after I called and the drive through cleared six times, just do drive

Worst customer service in the whole neighborhood. Tried to make me take a fake bill as change. I worked at the bank for years and can feel the difference. She told me I had to take it. Only 20.00 she had or singles. I told her to give me the singles then. Tried to pass that bill. I told her give me back my money. I will never eat here ever again. Watch your bills when they give you change. They always make you pull up instead of giving you the order also and then wait on 3 or 4 more cars before giving you yours. Never again. Never ever!!!!!

Each of the 3 times I've been to this location it's been nothing but long waits and rude encounters. They have teenagers working the drive thru that clearly need more training. The manager is overworked and understaffed. I ordered a large meal but they tried to give me a medium. I showed my receipt and they had me pull up and wait for my order. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for a happy meal and a large cheeseburger meal. They brought it out and it was still wrong! 4 cars behind me got their orders before I did . I waited so long I just asked for a refund and went elsewhere. This location seriously needs help.

The food was cold the Buns were hard had to return it for fresh food which tastes like it was just replaced with fresh buns and put in the microwave to reheat I did not get a straw for my drink will not go back there it was like 6 p.m. warning do not go there please a waste of money I will never go back PS the owner should be ashamed of himself to let people run his store like that
