I placed a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time. There was no line but they were still working on my food. When I finally got my order it was wrong. Please restaff or shut the whole restaurant down. There’s always Ana issue at this location.

So I arrived to a empty mcdonald's in the drive through line at two pm today. I was greeted , it was friendly and then I pulled up and it continued to be friendly and nice. However, in the same empty line, I was asked to move up to the polls so that their numbers could stop.Because that's the only reason why they call you to go up to the pole. And that's fine so I pulled up, when the gentleman with a Afro that had no hair net came out.He did not bring me my drink.I let him know he shrugged his shoulders and went back in. Five minutes later , i'm still sitting at the pole waiting on my drink. Now I have a newborn in the car so I am unable to get out. So at this point I bagged back up. I explained to the young lady at the window.What happened, at then point to the young men in question. She then proceeds to tell me , sorry about that, and then she gives me a water that is orange or red and then explains that someone before me must have gotten fruit punch. So of course , the water is going to taste like fruit , punch and water , a nasty combination, and again , against all stay in department guidelines. They have training on such things as far as the health department.But please let me know what you drink.This picture will be attached. My first and last time coming to this mcdonald's F+ it is diabolical to me how you can have these children working and no one is wearing a hair net.S no one is using gloves.No one has any kind of home training except for the person who took the order. And the Manager was sitting right there.I'm gonna need you to get this together , ma'am!! But they are not trained on certain health standards or even courtesy!!

Slow and poor service. The young who helped us I believe he couldn't read. Have him my order three times. When the food was finally ready he just put it on the counter..so I guess it was my order? Just poor service. The manger screaming in the back about someone coming to work smelling like marijuana. Seems like everyone was sleep walking.

Waited in the Drive-Thru for 6 minutes for a coffee. First they came to the window and said they didn't have coffee what else would I like, let me get a caramel frappe. Then he came back to the window and said we do have coffee. Well let me get the coffee because that's what I ordered one coffee two creams four sugars and a shot of caramel. I get the coffee he has no caramel in i, so he gives me a cup with just caramel in it. Y'all can take all this back give me my money back. Something so simple

Best customer service I've received in a long time in regards to fast food. Everyone was on point. I received my order quickly and the fries were hot! Best of all, everyone had a smile on their face. It's so hard to find people who are pleasant these days. This was a great experience.

Some days I stop at this McDonald because it’s convenient and on my way to work. I always get large orange juice and a breakfast sandwich. Yesterday I ordered the same but when I got to work I stated drinking my juice and it was terrible, it tasted as if they filled the glass with water and added orange food coloring. I called to let them know about it and I spoke with Chris the manager at 7:21 am. I told him regarding my juice and he told me next time I stop by there you let them know and it would be replaced. Today I went there drive trough and explained to the girl at the window what had happened I mentioned Chris as he told me to do and they looked at me as if I was a criminal, I told her that if I did not talk to him how would I know of the manager name? She eventually replaced my drink however she gave me a medium and not a large like i usually get, when I told her it was not the same size she responded by telling me that she called Chris and that he did not remember me calling or him talking to me. WOW that’s all I can say. Customer service it’s not in their DNA at this restaurant. I wish I could add a screen shot of the call but I’m not able to.
