I wish I would have checked reviews before I went here. Terrible service waited in the mobile go order over ten mins for my order and they didn’t have half of the order and still charged me for it.

Arrived at the drive thru at 6:10 pm at 3975 Conner St, Detroit, MI 48215 got to the speaker to take my order at 6:30 pm 20 mimutes just to get to the speaker and im the second one in line , waiting at the speaker, no one is answering, meanwhile cars behind me leaving the line , at 6:50 I decided to go to the window since no one took my order...they told me at the window they are only doing door dash and won't take my order. I waisted 40 minutes sitting in drive thru..this is not a fast food service at all.

Sat at each of the drive through order spot for couple minutes with no answer before I went straight to the window. No one at the first window. Took a few minutes for the second window to acknowledge me.

I love going to McDonald's, but what I saw in this made a bad impression on us. The floors, the tables were sticky and looked dirty, one of the toilet cubicles was very narrow, I don't understand who it was made for, it would be better if there was no door at all.

As with a lot of places nowadays due to covid this place closes way earlier most days and you never know if they're open or not. I was going to sausage sandwich instead of my ham on in the morning so I just have to check that but otherwise it's a pretty okay place just the hours the worst place for hours though is the Taco Bell on John r just before 14 that place closes whenever the heck they want real bad ?

This location is the worst. I got out of my car to find the doors are locked. I then, go to the drive through because I am picking up food for another. I am then told I have to come inside. I told her the doors were locked. She then says I have to ring the bell. Are you kidding? How am I supposed to know this? Customer isn't lacking, it is no existent. This location needs to be closed. So very unprofessional.

, I went through the drive-thru three times and said hello the people on the inside was clowning playing around when I got to the window she told me to go around again with the attitude I went back around next to you know she didn't want to take my order at their told me to go to another McDonald's you have poor attitude poor experience and you need to shut it down but you want $17 an hour not good customer service bad review bad review bad review I would never come see you guys again

This place is disgusting. If this is how your bathroom looks and your lobby is jus as gross I can't imagine how your kitchen looks ?
Very poor attitudes through drive through. The demeanor of these employees here are like people owe them everything when they already have a chip on their shoulder. "What do you want?" In a very unwelcoming 80 year old smoker voice. They don't have a majority of items on the menu. I wanted coffee they didn't have it. Wanted orange juice didn't have it. Wanted a griddle didn't have it. Wanted sausage egg cheese didn't have sausage and asked if I wanted the sausage from the burritos....I guess I'm lucky I have piping hot food after I settled for the Breakfast burritos. This place sucks and should be shut down. Their cleanliness was ummm "lacking" to say the least. Not recommended.

I don't like the way they fix my food it wasn't fresh the bread was very hard and I asked for heavy pickle on both my chicken sandwiches and I barely had any pickles on my sandwich this is why I don't eat at McDonald's they are very stingy when it comes to making your food!!!!

Ordered a Fillet o fish sandwich meal. Stale, chewy slathered in tartar sauce. Didn't help, Still stale and chewy. I specifically asked was the fish fresh, I was assured it was. Not true. Cost, nearly $9.00. Waste of money, sad.
