what a joke! it's not often I'm able to afford taking my partner and I out for something to eat, McDonalds breakfast being one of our favorites. Well it goes without a doubt, I always get a large coke with extra ice. Who doesn't love their fountain cokes?! BONUS = FREE REFILLS. Today, couldn't have sounded any better for one! Totally craving one. Ate our meal and as we went to walk out I went up to the front counter to ask them to top off my soda and I was told NO MORE FREE REFILLS ON ANY SODA PRODCUTS!! .This happens to be the worst news to hear today!!!

I have ordered twice from this location and the workers have gotten my order wrong twice. I don’t understand why or how this continues to happen. I believe their workers just don’t care about getting the orders right or having any customer service at all. Management should really get new workers who care about customer service and how the food is prepared.

I hope the CEO of McDonald's corporation Chris kemzinski is reading this and I hope you read it closely this is by far the worst McDonald's location in the world you would think for a restaurant who makes 25 billion a year can get people's order correct I have doordash from this location three times this week and had to get either credits or my money back but that's okay because if nothing is done hopefully the robots will take over not just this location but every McDonald's in Detroit Michigan because it's sad people spend their hard-earned money to get nasty food or incorrect food
