The staff at this location acts as if every order is a burden. Compared to the location 1.5 miles away on Woodward it’s night and day. It clear this franchise owner is inferior and needs to get this place in order because over the past two years, I’ve yet to see any improvements.

I placed an order through DoorDash and was extremely disappointed. The food arrived cold, soggy, and clearly not fresh. On top of that, some items were missing. I called the restaurant to report the issue, but the person who answered was shockingly rude. They loudly insisted their food is “always hot” and claimed they “don’t make mistakes,” then hung up on me mid-conversation. I will never order from them again.
