Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. My wife is undergoing chemotherapy at Henry Ford Hospital a mile away. Ordered than sat in the drive through for 40 minutes. Food was cold when they walked it outside to my car. Don't go here.

Got a literal white iced coffee, simply asked for some extra coffee to add to it. Instead she said she would remake it, got either the same coffee back with a touch of coffee added or they just have issues with their machine. How would they possibly think a cup full of cream is acceptable?

They had people waiting in drive thru for over 30 minutes. Refusing to take any orders. It was only 9:30pm and they’re listed as 24hrs. This is not the first time this has happened when I do decide to go there. MCDONALDS STEP YOUR GAME UP!

Years ago when I lived nearby this McDonald's was the worst McDonald's I'd ever been to. It's been about 8 years since I've been here and I happened to be in the area so I reluctantly went in to get something to eat while I waited for a friend of mine to show up nearby. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is super nice food was hot and they even had a lobby attendant who came and cleaned up my mess for me and asked me how I was doing once or twice throughout my meal.
I don't know what changed but I will no longer avoid this McDonald's.
Update: Funny how y'all "all out" the shake mix every day 😂

I first order only 3 happy meals for my sons and they charge me 500 what a shame on u
Horrible customer service, spoke with a manager about an order, she talked over me and proceeded to say I did something wrong when I had proof. Never will I return here and normally never had issues here nor was it busy at the time. Please if you’re gonna be in customer service learn some professionalism
There Machine is always broken. They always have attitude. They cussed me out they spit in my food it’s soo disgusting don’t go here

The employee was very impatient with me and then I had ordered a buy one get one free 6pc mcnugget and I looked in the bag and did not see my other mcnugget but then when I told her I did not have it she yelled at me and said it was in the bag. BAD SERVICE!
