Using the mobile app I asked for the Big Macs with no pickles and a medium fry. Got home, had the sticker for no pickles, open the sandwich and guess what I had PICKLES smh.

the worst location I have ever been to. Never again and this is consistently terrible! Hire a staff or course this location down. Average wait time is 15 min in drive thru that’s with 4 ahead of you. Please spend your money elsewhere

This McDonald’s says 24hrs when the employees told me they open at 5am. They are never open at 5 am not even 5:30 . You greet them , honk the horn nobody never takes your order . If you want food try this place at 6:30 am maybe 7 am. This has happened on more than several occasions. sometimes multiple times in the same week. kinda inconvenient when you work 2-3 blocks away and want food

The person working was very nice, however this particular store always has a problem with the Frappe machine. So during the early part of the day it's working but the evening is the same. The machine is down is what they say but the other night the employee just told the truth. She said it's supposed to be cleaned after a certain time and it's not getting cleaned until the morning. So her shift is short staffed and the last shift was supposed to clean it. That explains why you can get a Frappe in the early part of the day. It's very irritating to wait in those lines to be told you can't get what you waited sooo long for.

So I came here after the pistons. Game last night, I ordered a shamrock milkshake. I get up to the second window. And the guy at the window says to the manager he says he got a shamrock Milkshake. By the way, this is after I paid..the manager Lady screams no he didn't! Luckily the guy was smart enough to ask for my receipt and ended up giving me my milkshake. But my twelve year old daughter and I we're in shock at the rudeness of this lady and there was no apology or anything like that, just a dirty look and we were on our way

I don't know how many negative reports or continuous of complaints A customer needs to give to A place of business but I will not be returning back to this particular McDonald's location. I shouldn't have to be waiting on my food during breakfast time while employees are arguing and name calling eachother. And I waited an whole hour my food and didn't receive my ice mocha coffee because they switched to lunch an pretended I wasn't still waiting & started on new orders.We need to stop accepting bare minimum, unprofessionalism, "It is was it." Customer service.
