Who ever answers the phone is rude. It don’t take much to just be kind . Hopefully you take some customer service classes

Beans and rice weren't seasoned. Waitress had too many tables to keep her pace. Beef was tough in the soup.

My family and I visit Mexican Village because of the family connection from many many years ago, I remember running around the restaurant as a young child sixty years ago. The place is very dear to all of us. We where treated so greatly and the food hasn't changed its still the best! My hats off to all the employees of Mexican Village thank you so much.

Loud parties echo in there. Everything else was great! Will return.

We have gone to this restaurant for years. It is usually a pleasant experience. However, a recent visit has changed my tone. I visited with family (a party of six adults, which has to be on one check with gratuity automatically added) on a Monday. I went to use the restroom. After using the stall I found bleach stains on my black shorts. There was bleach all over the floor! The manager then came to my table and embarrassingly asked about the issue making me feel as though I did something wrong, asked me to stand up in the full dining room so she could take pictures of my shorts, and took my name and phone number and said she would have the owner call me. It’s been over a week and still no phone call! I even called to follow up a few days after and still nothing. This is not how you take care of a customer! I am greatly disappointed that something that could’ve been so easily resolved has been totally ignored!

Lovely place with a good options. Was so happy to instantly find vegetarian options. The lady server promptly suggested and also confirmed the ingredients which are friendly to us.
The portion size was vey liberal.
And the taste ? So good that you want to go again and again ! The crispy Tacos were truly crispy and excellent tostadas.

Vegetarian options: Many items from menu can be made vegetarian merely by some substitutions.
Important part is the associates know it very clearl

Parking: Ample free parking is available. Its on 2 sides-across this place and besides it too
