So ate before concert. Ordered meatballs as appetizer and antipasto salad. The lettuce was as brown as could be and wilted. It as chunked up w lettuce. Not tasty or appealing in anyway. The service was impeccable. But the food… I’m good

This place is great! I only rated a 4 because after waiting in line they closed the doors 45 minutes before the event. We finally got in the event then had to wait in line again.

We recently are here for a Red Wings game and were really disappointed. The quality of the food has gone downhill and for the price you pay you are better off getting a frozen pizza.
The entire restaurant now operates on a QR code so we didn’t speak to a single worker which I thought was weird.
What really bothered us was the process of requesting water. Every time you want a refill on your water, you have to ask in the app, and rather than refilling your plastic, disposable cup, they bring you a new one. Between my husband and I there were 7 plastic cups at the table. I even went up to the bar to ask for a refill in the same cup and she said they can’t do that and handed me a new one. In the era of bring more eco-conscious I felt this was really unacceptable.

Went in here before Disney on Ice today and went in for 4 Bloody Mary’s, they were nothing special they use zing zang mix but the price was $76 for 4!!!! Plus tip!!

Customer service was great besides Alexis she was rude short manager with blonde hair glasses and a pink shirt. Sometimes it isn’t what you say it’s how you say it. Food was great Puerto Rican lady was my favorite waitress thank you

Last night, my partner and I visited Mike's Pizza Bar for the first time. While we were impressed with the interior decor, there were several aspects of our experience that left us disappointed. Initially, we were taken aback by the need to pass through a metal detector upon entering the establishment. Once we passed the detector, we were seated and informed that we would need to use our phones to scan the menu, make payments, and even add a tip.
Unfortunately, the lack of attentive service became apparent as our meal progressed. There was no one available to refill our water or inquire if we needed anything throughout the evening. We were also hoping to enjoy a few drinks before heading to our next destination, so we inquired about setting up a tab. However, we were informed that we would need to sit at the bar to order drinks as they would not be brought to our table. Regrettably, the bar was quite busy, making it impossible for us to find seating there.
The quality of the food further added to our disappointment. The antipasto salad we ordered appeared to be pre-made, as the bowl was ice cold and the lettuce had turned slightly slimy. Additionally, the pizza lacked flavor and was dry.
One aspect that puzzled us was the tipping process. With no one regularly checking on us, it was unclear who should receive the tip. Should it go to the person who seated us or the individual who brought us our food? The need to continually order drinks and add tips through our cellphones also became cumbersome.
Overall, our experience at Mike's Pizza Bar fell short of our expectations. We were disappointed by the lack of attentive service, the subpar food quality, and the inconvenience of having to rely heavily on our phones for various aspects of the dining experience.

Due to special dietary needs we had the gluten-free pizza and I must say hands down it is one of the best pizzas that we have ever had that is gluten free thank you very much
