MOD Pizza

This airport site was very busy and maybe slightly understaffed but I received very good service. The employees worked tirelessly to get everyone their food.

They took too long and weren't paying attention

The workers are crying for help! Someone save them.

The food is either burnt or ingredients are horrible.

Avoid... avoid... avoid. Put them out of their misery.

These employees are always unbelievably rude. Jaykana I Believe was her name, couldn't even speak to us. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. Was also wearing a hoodie, jeans, and earbuds. The other older lady on staff though, maybe a manager was friendly.

Slowest Mod Pizza I’ve ever been to. They need more staff. Located in an airport where people obviously have somewhere to be and a flight to catch you’d think service would be speedier. While I was waiting in line for what seemed an eternity, I saw so many people stop by and inquire about the wait and then keep going. So much business missed out on because of their slowness.

Lovely staff and doing absolutely great work. Friendly, helpful, and fast. Really did everything to make the dinner as good as possible. Overwhelmed and understaffed however - clearly need more support.

I get MOD all the time but stanley has made mine the best so far. He was very respectful and has great customer service

Food was slow, everyone working had a major attitude, employees were not friendly or approachable. The shorter of the girls kept letting her name tag on her lanyard just drag into people's food. I asked about the differences between the 2 gluten free options and she said she didn't know, but it was clear she didn't care.

After making an order I have read the reviews on the employees .The employees have not interest to work.. they are not even responding properly, they are hesitating to take order . I request the manager to read the reviews once . Because most of them are facing the same issue. So bad service

I have never received or seen worse customer service in my life. The lady making pizzas was rude to every customer in the lobby waiting for their food. She used derogatory terms loudly. Talked about customers she was serving to their face. Tried to give my order to another customer. Ignored customers as they were talking and unevenly cooked the pizza. In all my years of eating out I have never seen poorer service. It was close to the end of the night and the lobby was closing. But she made almost everyone uncomfortable and their co workers. Needless to say I will not be going back to the Dtw MOD pizza ever again. This is the first time I have received poor service at a MOD Pizza.

Been to several other MOD pizza's around, the DTW location is by far the BEST! Always perfect pizza, friendly staff. My favorite place to spend my lunch break!

Staff was extremely unmotivated, it was almost as I should apologize for ordering a pizza. DO NOT EAT HERE!

The workers were great, knowledgeable for the fellow vegan eaters out there.
