It's just a disappointment that the level of customer service, pizza preparation and clear communication is lacking. This is my first time experiencing such low quality in every area in a MOD establishment. If you've gone to other MODs, and expecting the same quality of service and pizza preparation, please lower your expectations or eat elsewhere.
And LET'S NOT FORGET, THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HONOR OR PROVIDE MOD APP POINTS like other locations nationwide.

Employee was rude/unhelpful and then made the order wrong. Other person asked if I wanted it to be remade or not as if I was hoping to try a new ingredient today instead of receive the order I paid for. Never apologized for the inconvenience/waste of time. If there were any basic manners I literally wouldn’t care but the whole experience sucks

Ordered a pizza @ 6:00 pm, was asked if I wanted it for here or to go, said “for here”, went and sat down, right when i got my pizza they closed the dining area and told me I had to leave my table. Bizarre to not have mentioned that i couldn’t actually eat in. Pizza’s ok, garbage atmosphere and terrible service. Really bummed me out.

The food is always good but the service is awful. No one looks nor acts like they want to be at work. Today’s interactions were with the young lady making the pizzas and the bigger guy putting the items in the oven. Both are acting as though they’re being interrupted when asked a question. The vibe is definitely off. The young lady told me that I have a bad attitude when all I did was ask for a smaller box. Very weird energy and unnecessary.
