Went to the Monarch on Saturday night and the valet crashed my car. I called them the next day and they refused to respond to me.
The valet brought my car back to me jack knifed halfway into the busy road and half in the ally instead of pulling up in front of the Metropolitan. Because of this I had to get into my car quickly and drive and didn’t have the opportunity to inspect my vehicle.
My car sustained $2000 of damage because of their valet.
We went on Monday at about 5 o’clock. It was $50 for two drinks that were together about 4 ounces of liquor and then when we asked for a food menu, the waitress looked at us acting like we knew and she said we never have food here on Monday because we don’t get shipment in from the weekend.
We never got checked on and it was just a really poor experience
