Valentino's Deluxe Coney Island

I've worked in restaurants about 6 years now possibly longer. This was by far the worst grilled chicken salad I've ever seen prepared even by newbies. Lettuce stems cut up in the salad? Really? All the toppings were under what seemed like the lettuce? idk I didn't find cucumber tomato or egg until I dug through the whole thing! Cucumbers were nearly 3 cm wide with full skin on them! I got 3 grape tomatoes though! there was a decent amount of chicken and cheese on it was very bland though. I won't be back. I suggest you don't go here if you are looking for a good salad. This isn't it!

They keep refunding all my orders from doordash and they don't season none of their food even when I ask them to

I usually dont do reviews. I just ordered thru Doordash chicken Alfredo it was great I was impressed. A large portion flavor good me and my 2 teen boy and teen daughter ate off of one portion. We also had a grilled chicken salad we split and everyone was full with leftovers to spare. Ty I definitely will be making this my go to spot.

I love this Coney Island.. I love the selection you all have but… whoever you had working tonight as the cashier has terrible customer service. While on the phone making an order for pick up, she was extremely rude and disrespectful and people like her should not work in customer service…. The food was good though… People like her will bring down this restaurants rating…

I ordered a super patty melt and the super fries. My patty melt was missing the grilled onions so it was more like a burger on buttered toast; pretty good though. And I asked for my fries to be crispy but of course they were still soggy like most coneys.. they were very good though and a huge portion! Would order again but should’ve checked my order a little closer before leaving.

Hands down one of the best omelettes I've ever had. I ordered the country omelette with sausage gravy and it was perfect. Huge portion and the hash browns were bomb.

My experience was absolutely wonderful. Lisa the manager of the Morang location sent over some of the most butteriest sky high fluffy cloud like angelic pancakes that you would possibly imagine. Mind you; she did it all because the location on 8 mile made a mistake. I absolutely love this place!! Because she did this. I ORDER THROUGH THEM DIRECTLY. THIS LOCATION DELIVERS. Everything I order from out of this restaurant comes to me hot and very good. I love it!! I see people making comments about their experiences at other places. If you want your food hot and cooked right, come to this location.

I ordered a breakfast burrito about 6/7 months ago I used to love these things now it’s overly greasy I should not be able to touch my burrito and then put it down and then rub it on my arms like lotion and my burrito is soggy and falling apart like I’ve never had an order this terrible from these guys before the lady told me 13.67 and charged my card 14.50 don’t order from these guys unless you want your food nasty they’re not what they used to be anymore and got the nerve to overcharge us go anywhere but this valentinos the new staff they have here sucks they’re terrible I’ll never order from them again waste of money for a soggy greasy burrito

The menu is incorrect the title of the food does is not what you receive. I ordered salmon croquettes with an order of potatoes it came to me as fried salmon very dried tasted like a fish stick. My brother ordered a loaded baked potato with chicken and came to us a sliced roasted red skin potatoes that was not loaded with the regular toppings but tons of cheese no vegetables. The food was very lack luster with no seasoning or flavor. I dined in and watch 5 different orders come back because they incorrect
