We came here for my wife's 40th birthday, and it was amazing! Our server Hunter, was the best. He made sure every detail was perfect. He also gave us good recommendations from the menu and we tried them all. 10/10! We will definitely be back, and will for sure ask for Hunter!

I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in a friends home surrounded by glass. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The Thai salmon was tasty. My guests enjoyed the short rib and halibut. Appetizers of wings, meatballs and Brussels sprouts were scrumptious Service was well-timed and friendly.

Our server was super attentive and our food arrived super quick after we ordered. The non-alcoholic drinks available were fun and super refreshing, and the food was well plated and delicious. The chalets are beautiful and we ended up with a nice view of the park near some cool penguin statues. They are also very warm, spacious, and the inside is very well lit, even at night. Overall we had an excellent experience and would likely come back to try more of the menu again in the future.

Server barely smiled at all, didn't even have much experience with the dishes, food was tasteless, and it's $$$ for subpar food and service. The ambiance is above average. The large windows allow a great view of surrounding exterior decor and noise level is low. Bathrooms were clean and drinks were good. Won't be going back.

I and my wife came to celebrate her birthday and it was an amazing experience. The steak and fries was truly the best I've ever had. The brown sauce with the steak was one of a kind. I'll definitely be back!
We celebrated NYE at Lumen two years ago and had a great time. I was excited to book again for this year. Our chalet was leaking (there were lots of snow earlier in the day) and the original person was super friendly. She moved us right away, cracked a few jokes and was very pleasant. When the waitress came it was a different story. I started with "Happy New Year!" and that barely made her smile. I understand she probably doesn't want to work on NYE but... The drinks took a long time. We were given appetizers with no sharing plates and no utensils. When I asked for utensils we were given 4 (for our group of 5). Then when I asked again we got the remaining utensil set and the five plates (at this point the appetizers were mostly gone). The meals came out fine (the lobster bisque and steak frites were a hit!). When I asked for dessert, I was told the kitchen was closed. It was very disappointing because last time the staff was friendly, excited to celebrate the NYE "with us," it felt celebratory and fun. This time it felt like we were bothering her and feeling rushed. Love the chalets but not sure we'd go back again.

Booked an outdoor Chalet for New Year's Eve. The chalet itself was very warm and nicely lit and decorated with string lights. Service was excellent as was the food.

overall food was amazing and our server was awesome! but very disappointing that no complementary dessert is provided for birthday celebrations when they charge $50 for you to bring your own cake in! If you're going to have that policy, then provide a dessert.
