This place really fell off and I am very disappointed they are so cheap now you pay for turkey chops and get turkey strips plus they fool you with the shrimp its not jumbo shrimp it’s just extra batter

The shrimp are firm, and in the classic Detriot shrimp joint breading style. Catfish is real catfish, not Swai, and fried to perfection. Perfect for a quick bite. The reception area is not visually appealing, but if you call ahead, you won't be there long enough to care. Cash or Venmo only.

This place should not be in business. I really wanted to try this place however it was a totally waste of time and money. The first time I went here and tried to order the didn't accept credit cards or debit cards. They only accept cash and venmo and cashapp. Isn't that something. The next time I came back I was prepared however they wasn't the food was terrible I spent over $67.00 and the shrimp was absolutely terrible. It was like they batter the shrimp with just flour no seasoning what so ever. And they were fried hard and the shrimp was smaller in the inside then they looked on the outside. The catfish was fried to hard also no seasoning or flavor. And let's not even get into the sides they put them in really little cups mind you there were dinners. When someone orders a dinner you always give them more than you expect to get from just ordering a side. Please people don't wait your money I have ate better from the Arabic seafood places you know. You buy and they fry please. Mind you the sides like the green beans looked as if someone just poured them out a can and into a 4oz cup.
Parking: Please be carefully going here when it's get dark you can park on the street in front of business. However cars are driving pretty fast down Harper. Need more lighting outside of business anyone could come up and rob you and they wouldn't even see ot if you are not parked directly in front of them.

I come here because the food is good however the Customer Service on the phone while taking orders and face to face is HORRIBLE! I have supported this black business plenty of times and today that day. I called and placed an order chicken wings dipped in barbecue sauce once I get there go to my car the order wrong! I go back in tell the girl at the counter and she mad because I said it should have been done right after waiting so long and I had the lady repeat my order back to me on the phone because I know how they are at times. As I’m waiting for them to correct my order me and the other customers hear them back there talking about me and laughing and giggling it’s so UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL NOT BE BACK. Bring back Customer Service to this establishment!
