I asked for extra vegetables on my chicken lo mein and all I got was alot of carrots. I ordered a shrimp egg roll. The lady told me only 2 shrimp come in it and it's pre cooked. The customer service is horrible and so is the food.

I usually don't go out my way to leave reviews, but this place is horrible! I'm surprised the health dept. didn't shut them down yet. I ordered a larger shrimp and broccoli dinner for $14 and only got 6 shrimps and just a bunch of fried rice, which is a huge rip off. The very next day, I had bumps all over my body, and the left over food had smelt like ammonia. 2 weeks prior, I ordered something different from the same spot and the same thing happened, my skin broke out with bumps, but I didnt put it together that it was from that nasty Chinese food on Joy and Greenfield. The food was also extremely salty to the point it tasted like it was burning my mouth as I eat it. These Chinese food people DO NOT care about the health of the community and what they are feeding people. Joy & Greenfield Chinese food store needs to be shut down or at least investigated

Horrible customer service. The cashier swiped my card too many times then called me broke. 😂😂 I was ordering for someone else and that was absolutely crazy to call someone broke after you over slid the card. Nasty and service! No dolla from meee

I never leave reviews but someone needs to know! This place is disgusting. I always order the shrimp egg foo young when i eat Chinese food… their rice taste tasted re-rocked. It was soft and mushy and tasted old. The egg foo young patties were horrible, hard to believe you can mess that up. Just ugh.

The lady who takes the orders are rude and sounds irritated and rushes you they need better customer service but the food is good … Also you don’t get a egg roll with your food like traditional Chinese restaurants
They are very disrespectful and they are serving boil in the bag rice and they have roaches smh 😞

I try not to judge a book by it’s cover, so I entered the restaurant that sat on a broken up lot, not clean at all on outside but entering the store it was clean, and had very good friendly service, but the food was absolutely horrible! I ordered shrimp w lobster sauce, I have no idea what they served me, but it looked like a few shrimp floating around in some dark slime. The sauce was absolutely slimy, and it wasn’t good, my throat wouldn’t let me take more than two bites, my friend ordered the garlic ribs with shrimp fried rice which she couldn’t eat hers either, said it ribs had a funny aftertaste. Needless to say I won’t be back.

I’ve been coming here for years! Today when I went I ordered sesame chicken and fried rice the pieces of chicken was huge and this rice is beyond terrible! I called back to tell them about the way the rice tastes and she laughed as if it’s funny and I’m pissed cause I drove 30 minutes just to get this food to have to throw it in the trash!!!!
