Service, he is very terrible to take very long time to get your order. Well, for a while before they’ve been acknowledged. I was only two cars behind 15 minutes.

Just left there and got a loose burger deluxe with chili n cheese on the fries and when I say TRASH …. That’s how I know the 5 stars of this restaurant are BIG CAP…. The young lady customer service skills was NO SKILLS AT ALL, NEVER AGAIN FOR ME

Thought I’ll swing by Nicy ads, was craving a coney dog. Went thru Drive thru, and the waitress that responded back was so pleasant, and kept me informed while I decided on what all I wanted to Order. Got to the window, and she was just as polite, smiling and friendly. Her name is Loon. Don’t get good service often, especially at coneys. Love it,
This is a place that I will never support again. I waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes only to be insulted by a worker who claims she had nothing to do with my long wait, as I was there before breakfast was over. I asked if I could get the special since I'd been in line at the speaker. She hollered at me and you know the rest!!! Poor service all the way around!!!!
