Just left there and got a loose burger deluxe with chili n cheese on the fries and when I say TRASH …. That’s how I know the 5 stars of this restaurant are BIG CAP…. The young lady customer service skills was NO SKILLS AT ALL, NEVER AGAIN FOR ME

Thought I’ll swing by Nicy ads, was craving a coney dog. Went thru Drive thru, and the waitress that responded back was so pleasant, and kept me informed while I decided on what all I wanted to Order. Got to the window, and she was just as polite, smiling and friendly. Her name is Loon. Don’t get good service often, especially at coneys. Love it,

This is a place that I will never support again. I waited in the drive thru for almost 20 minutes only to be insulted by a worker who claims she had nothing to do with my long wait, as I was there before breakfast was over. I asked if I could get the special since I'd been in line at the speaker. She hollered at me and you know the rest!!! Poor service all the way around!!!!

Just bad attitude and poor service. But once you get through that. The food is decent

I ordered the cod fish dinner first and foremost it’s not battered as the menu shows then to top it off just got home with the fish it is rockhard and dry like it’s been fried twice and sat for 3 hours.. I requested ranch for my fries. I did not get it. I called there. The girl is trying to tell me I got the fish an hour and a half ago and I just got it 20 minutes ago She was rude when I was at the menu outside when I told her the light went out while I was trying to order the lights all outside went out including the lights on building she was rude because I couldn’t see the menu . She’s was rude on the phone. I won’t be back paying almost $16.00 for some old dried out cod. The girl was heavy, set with an olive green hoodie on. I am a manager at my job and her whole demeanor is Terrible if you want to keep customers, the food needs to be fresh and then employees need to be nice to the customers.

This place is horrible. I got two dinners, one chicken, pita dinner and one wing dinner. The fries were not cooked completely and neither was the chicken not a good place to eat at I would never order from these people ever again. They don’t care about Health or anything else, spent $27 for two meals that’s ridiculous that we didn’t even eat

Loon was a great waitress. Food and cake came out great. Will definitely be back on the regular.
