I worked here for two days and the owner fired me for “pouring water wrong” and I literally never got paid for working 10 hours over 2 days. I called and called and went in person and the owner is always M.I.A . Shady establishment . I literally bussed every table and filled all the waters and ran in circles lit every candle did so much and didn’t even get paid by this place that rakes in thousands a night . I honestly can’t believe it . I called left my number several times and even went in person twice and they always said the owners Michael would get back to me and he never has and it’s been like 8 months since I worked there in June for 2 days so there’s been plenty of time for them to get back to me and pay me for working . I still have my shirt and hat from working here for the two days like damn I just wanted to get paid. I really wanted to like this place but I can’t support an establishment that doesn’t pay employees even if they are short term . Plus I was literally the cutest person working there so that fact the dude fired me for putting ice in the water containers like the server had instructed me was a huge loss on them . Call 1-800-your-Loss ??

Went to Northern Lights on Saturday, Feb. 17th with some friends. 1st indicator that we should have left, it took forever for someone to acknowledge us at the table. Once I got the waitress's attention (her name was Danni) she came over and cleaned off the table. There was candy on the table, which for some reason she took. I asked her to bring the candy back to the table when she returned. She took our drink order and returned forgetting a drink, which I had to remind her of. After the food order was taken and we received it (which was ok...not as good as I remember nor as expensive), she came to our table and took our napkins WHILE WE WERE EATING! That was VERY weird and I had to ask her to bring the napkins back. I have NEVER experienced that before EVER. The service was very lackluster and I am not sure if I will return, which I am sure they may not care about. Servers need to be better trained and the food needs some fixing too.

Attended for a birthday celebration. Approx 25 of us throughout the evening. Service was average at best. It wasn't that busy until later,I understand being overwhelmed when busy. I've been multiple times but this was the first time we didn't have great service. The kitchen closed at 9 (we were unaware before going) there were several of us that intended to eat and we tried to order shortly before 9. Our drinks were empty more often than full. We had to find our server. The server combined bills without asking or letting us know prior causing awkwardness because some were paying cash and some credit. The glasses from our tables were not cleared. Several of us just went up to the bar to order. Great music, nice atmosphere. Food is usually yummy. Overall a great night.
