I grew up on BBQ cooked over charcoal, which is quite different than the smoked ribs i usually encounter. Yes, cooking over charcoal does sometimes create that bark on one side of the meat but i love it. This place has had me in a chokehold for the past month, with me driving 30 mins each way to eat. I've been coming here since I was a child and my parents have loved this place since forever and im very disappointed with the sides its become a nightmare the yams were slimy with no flavor as if they put syrup in them not the original flavor horrible the macaroni should be simple to make however it continues to be horrible not the original recipe not even close to being eatable they need major work !
