I ordered a combination dinner that comes with pepper steak and rice and a shrimp egg foo yung pattie. I checked my food slightly and saw it was pepper steak however they usually have the pattie at the bottom so I just assumed it was covered up. When I got home my pattie wasn't there. I called up there and it's funny that the man can barely speak English, however, could manage to be disrespectful. He couldn't care less and couldn't even at least say sorry for the inconvenience. Needless to say, their Establishment does not deserve to continue to thrive in our black community. This Chinese food place does not appreciate nor respect us or our money. When I told him he lost a customer he just said okay. They have become too comfortable in feeling like they will receive business from us anyway.

Although they don't speak fluent English and I don't understand anything over the phone or in person this was one of my favorite Chinese restaurants to eat from. Today I experienced for the first time their lack of customer service and bad food, I am disappointed I wasted my money and of course, I called and could not understand anything he was saying but I understood the food is good and there was no refund needless to say we continue to support even though they suck at serving their customers, lesson learned I can't continue to support these businesses with a lack of good and respectful customer service and don't speak fluently I deserve that much if I'm spending my hard-earned money.

Well it's impossible to get details over the phone, she actually hung up on me but Chinese did was desperately needed so I went up there instead. Food was ok, standard fare but the egg roll......I could've slapped your teeth out with it cause it was so hard and on top of that..... no silverware in the bag. Luckily I was eating at a friend's house so utensils were available. I came back up to let them know how I feel and she put my on hold. Don't have to worry about me ever again. My first negative post.

The food was terrible, rice wasn’t fresh and the chicken had no taste whatsoever, wasn’t allowed to substitute my rice for noddles, asked to purchase noddles instead and the lady still couldn’t understand anything I was saying!

I actually went to the Happy Chameleon Food Truck next to it and the food truck is amazing. Best flavors for shrimp,chicken, and their ? are delicious. Will be back again soon
