We made a reservation 4 weeks in advance and asked for a window table. Reservation at 7:45, at 8:15 we were sat in a back booth next to the restrooms where there was always a line. Service was deplorable. Looked like the staff did not even know we were there. After having a drink, we still had to ASK for a menu (no QR code available to scan)! Food was good. Sad that on such a special night (Noel Night) not one person that worked there appeared happy or engaged. Too bad!
If Katrell (Pineapple Daddy) wasn't here...I wouldn't make it a mandatory location. He makes sure my party is happy and that everything is everything. The food is excellent and the service is as well!
