Party of 8. Two Martinis showed up very dirty (olive juice) when they were not ordered that way. Two steaks very under cooked. Two Salmon dishes very over cooked. Chopped salads were nicely prepared. One dessert showed up 10 minutes after everyone else was finished and the server dropped it on the table and turned away very quickly. No apology and no conversation. In addition, the server did not let us know that the tip was already included. Even when they present the original bill before payment, a server should always remind the guest about this policy. The setting was beautiful, but it was not a good night for the service, drinks, and food.

I love a restaurant that does simple things perfectly. The roasted halibut was a testament to that a beautiful, thick fillet with a seared crust, seasoned beautifully and allowed to shine. The elegant, minimalist decor of the dining room complements this philosophy.

We started with the Fuzzy Bubbles cocktail, which was as fun and effervescent as its name suggests. It set a playful tone for the meal. The Bolognese pasta that followed was a deeply savory, classic rendition that provided the ultimate comfort. A great balance of fun and substance.
